Encompass Therapy Center (ETC) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals through implementing evidence-based teaching strategies and encompassing our core values of care, compassion and integrity with our clients. Additionally, Encompass Therapy Center is an accredited site through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE). Being a BHCOE organization means that Encompass Therapy Center values clinical quality, staff satisfaction, and parent satisfaction while providing Applied Behavior Analysis services.

Mission Statement
Services
At Encompass Therapy Center (ETC) we implement evidence-based practices to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to increase socially significant behaviors. In addition, we offer Speech and Language Therapy through one-on-one services with a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services with a certified Occupational Therapist. Our center also specializes in pediatric feeding services which are provided by our SLPs. Other staff members include Behavior Consultants (BCs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians who are all well trained and experienced.
Educational & Interactive
Learning Environments
We strive to establish and maintain a fun, educational and interactive learning environment for both clients and staff. One of the ways we do this is through creating individualized treatment plans for all of our clients.
Using positive reinforcement, we focus on creating numerous learning opportunities for our clients to show meaningful behavior changes across multiple skills. Behavior Analysts, Speech Language Pathologists and Behavior Technicians will assess and analyze data each day to ensure positive growth; and alter any treatment plans if needed. Additionally, our Behavior Analysts and Speech Language Pathologists will sit down with caregivers, parents and educators to train them on specific goals and intervention plans so that our clients will generalize skills across various settings and individuals.
